and a momma Bear and 2 cubs in Colorado. They are hard to see but just on the other side of the river.

Colorado sunset by Steamboat Springs.

It is so hard for me to believe that it is almost August. Where has the month gone. We start school here on the 21st. July has been busy. I have had to fly around town today paying bills because I didn't realize it was getting so close to the end of the month. whew....I think I made it though. We relaxed the first part of the month for a few days and then Craig went to Colorado. We then made a trip to see Les Mesables. So good! Never seen it before so it was a great experience! Together, we made another trip to Colorado. This time we got to stay in Steamboat Springs again. Beautiful area. We saw some bears running across the road and lots of tubers going down river. I was asked to speak in the Scofield Branch sacrament meeting, so we got to travel up there for a Sunday and they always have dinner afterwards so we got dinner, as well. Tuesday was the 24th of July and the Primary had a parade down the Spring Glen "mainstreet" and ended at the park for activities. We had a Bar B Q that night and the hightlight of the day was that Kyle, Michelle, Spencer and Carly and Katie arrived. They were able to stay until Sunday. We went to Lagoon, went swimming(terrible sunburn), to International Days in Price, horse back riding, and grandpa and Spencer lots of fishing at Gigolotti's Pond. It has been a busy month but very enjoyable. Included are some pictures of a few of our activities.

I was going to say that your eyesight was going because the "bears" looked like deer to me...then I scrolled down and saw them in the picture below!
Thanks again for all the fun times!! hooray for Family!!
I did the same thing....looked at the deer and thought "there aren't any bears there, just some deer", but then I looked down and what do you know, I saw the bears. Love you!
HOw fun! Can't wait to see the wildlife myself and get home to mountains!!
Thanks so much for all the fun! Spencer keeps talking about Grandpa killing bears... I don't know where he got that! Every time we get in the car, he asks if we're going to Grandma and Grandpa's again...
